Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking Home Care Workers to support older Australians in the Dandenong area and surroundings. You’ll work flexible hours, helping with daily tasks, shopping, and light household duties, while building trusted relationships with clients in their own homes.

Facilities include orientation, supervisor support, and ongoing professional development. Earn $34.41/hr plus superannuation per hour, with paid travel time and mileage between clients.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence required.
• Reliable vehicle with Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.

About the role

As a Home Care Worker supporting clients in Dandenong area & Surroundings, you will be part of our Baptistcare at Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning and general shopping for clients. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

To support you in your role

You’ll have direct access to a dedicated supervisor to support you

Earn $34.41/hr plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients

What do we need from you?

You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
