Job summary

Mercy Health Australia is seeking a Casual Home Care Worker in Ballarat to assist clients at home with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation. You will join a dedicated service team focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in the community.

The role requires Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support, NDIS clearance, CPR-inclusive First Aid certificate, and a valid Driver Licence. Ongoing support and training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people's physical limitations.
  • The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients' individual needs.
  • You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
  • Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support.
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
  • First Aid Certificate that includes CPR.
  • Driver Licence.
