BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our home care team across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, including Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Ringwood and Hawthorn. You will assess and treat clients under aged care funding, focusing on reablement and helping older Australians live independently at home.

The role requires a Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration, strong communication, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience delivering individualised physiotherapy programs for aged care.
• Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehab, or community settings.
• Strong understanding of reablement and restorative care models.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to home-care clients.
• Support independence, mobility and confidence through restorative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan individualized care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication.
