My Guardian is expanding its Home Care team in Victoria, building a pool of compassionate workers to support clients with dignity and independence. You’ll be scheduled for regular hours as demand grows, with fast onboarding for right candidates.

Competenze

• Experience in domestic care, community support or related services.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with families and coordinators.
• First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check are required or obtainable quickly.

Mansioni

• Provide true companionship, reduce isolation, and support emotional wellbeing.
• Assist with independence at home: light duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Help clients engage with community activities and attend appointments.
