Job summary

My Guardian is expanding fast to Wallan VIC and surrounds, building a premier pool of Home Care Workers ready to start as client demand grows. You’ll be prioritized for regular hours and be part of a fast-growing, compassionate team.

We value heart, reliability, and professionalism. You’ll support clients with companionship, personal care, and community access while maintaining high care standards and flexible scheduling. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Excellent communication with families and coordinators.
• First Aid & CPR certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide true companionship to reduce isolation and support emotional wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care, light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Help clients get to social activities, appointments, and errands.
• Document care activities accurately and communicate with families and coordinators.
