My Guardian is expanding across Wandin North VIC and surrounds, building an elite pool of Home Care Workers who will be first in line as client bases grow.

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll deliver compassionate, person-centered support in clients’ homes, helping with daily tasks, transport to activities, and fostering independence.

We offer flexible hours, priority shifts, ongoing training, and sponsorship opportunities for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
• Excellent communication and accurate care documentation.
• Certifications: First Aid/CPR, NDIS Check, Police Check; willingness to obtain quickly.
• Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support highly regarded but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• True companionship: build connections, reduce isolation, support emotional wellbeing.
• Independence at home: assist with personal care, light duties, cleaning, laundry, meals.
• Community connection: transport clients to activities, shopping, appointments.
