Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Marketing Manager for Home Buying to strategise, execute and review campaigns aligned to business priorities and Home Buying customer needs. This three-day-per-week role operates within a job-share arrangement with another Marketing Manager in Sydney.

You will deliver customer acquisition initiatives, collaborate with product, data & analytics, and digital teams, and manage campaigns from briefing through PIR while upholding brand and governance across channels.

Qualifications

• End-to-end, integrated campaign delivery experience across strategy, production and execution.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a job-share arrangement with collaborative coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of campaigns and post-campaign reporting, briefing, execution and PIR.
• Influence cross-functional partners (product, analytics, digital) to deliver go-to-market plans and customer comms strategies.
