Formación

• Registered Nurse with wound care expertise and community nursing experience.
• AHPRA registration to practise in Australia is required.
• Experience in wound assessment, dressing selection and wound management is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Perform wound assessment and dressing changes per plan.
• Monitor wound health, drainage and skin integrity; escalate when needed.
• Document observations, actions and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care in the participant's home.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care team to ensure continuity of care.
