WoundRescue seeks Registered or Enrolled Nurses to deliver community-based wound and skin care across Hunter and New England. You will work under clinical supervision, perform assessments, create care plans, and liaise with families and GPs to ensure holistic care.

Previous SCI or complex care exposure is valued; above-award pay and ongoing education are offered. Access to professional support and a supportive team environment will help you grow in advanced wound care within clients' homes

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA registration as RN or EN.
• Experience in wound care or community nursing desirable.
• Experience with SCI or complex care desirable.
• Ability to document and reason clinically.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based community nursing and wound care.
• Undertake assessments, implement plans, monitor progress.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to adjust care.
• Liaise with GPs, carers and external providers.
• Educate staff and carers; support referrals and coordination.
