Evolve Exercise Physiology Specialists – Fairfield NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our busy mobile home-based service across Western and Southwest Sydney. This contractor role is part-time with potential to become full-time as demand grows, delivering physiotherapy to aged care and NDIS clients in the community.

The successful applicant will be registered with AHPRA, hold current First Aid & CPR and a professional indemnity Insurance, and be capable of working

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• Valid ABN and First Aid & CPR.
• Experience in home-based physiotherapy, aged care or NDIS.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based physiotherapy services across Western/Southwest Sydney.
• Build rapport with clients and coordinate with other health professionals.
• Manage daily tasks, scheduling and patient progress notes.
• Deliver high quality clinical care and monitor client outcomes.
