Job summary

St John of God Healthcare at Home is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to deliver compassionate in-home care on a casual basis in Western Australia. You will support daily living activities, assist with mobility and grooming, and work closely with Registered Nurses to ensure dignified patient outcomes.

You will maintain confidential records, help manage supplies, and contribute to efficient home care operations while upholding our mission and values.

Qualifications

Experience in community, aged care, disability or healthcare setting.
Certificate III in Individual Support or related qualification required.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications desired (or as stated).

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care and support in patients' homes.
Assist with activities of daily living (showering, dressing, grooming, mobility).
Collaborate with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
Maintain patient records and documentation securely.
Support stock management and supply restocking of clinical consumables.
Assist with fleet vehicle upkeep and daily service delivery readiness.
