Qualifications

• Genuine commitment to person-centred care and participant dignity.
• Experience assisting with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Competence with mobility support and transfers.
• Familiarity with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Ability to follow individual support plans and report changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene including showering, dressing, and grooming.
• Support mobility and transfers with safe handling.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor health indicators.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating; provide companionship.
• Help with light household tasks as per the care plan.
