Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based OT services funded by programs like Support at Home, Short Term Restorative Care, and Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
• Apply clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice in client care.
• Review processes and update the team wiki with best practices.
• Collaborate with client care teams and other allied health professionals and care advisers.
• Prepare training and educational materials for partner organisations.
