For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our aged care team in a Holiday Relief Role in Tamworth. This is a flexible, person-centered position designed to cover planned and unplanned staff leave across the home.

The successful candidate will work across morning, afternoon, night, weekend and public holiday shifts, with a focus on compassionate care, teamwork and reliability. Prior RN experience in aged care and current First Aid are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in residential aged care as an RN.
• Proficient with electronic systems.
• Ability to work 64–76 hours per fortnight.
• Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts as required.
• National Police Check (within the last 12 months).
• Current First Aid.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centered care and support to residents while collaborating with the care team.

• Be available to work across a variety of shifts and days as required.
