This role offers flexible shift options, above-award weekly pay, and the chance to work across multiple aged care homes with a supportive consultant team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (aged care highly regarded).
• Strong clinical judgement and confidence in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical care.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff.
• Ensure safe, effective, and individualised care for residents.
• Contribute to clinical risk management and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for residents’ dignity, choices, and wellbeing.
