Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts in New South Wales seeks a Kitchen Cook for Worimi Country's Myall Shores Holiday Park. You’ll cook breakfast to dinner, maintain a clean kitchen, and work closely with the café team.

No high-end chef required; prior cafe/restaurant experience and RSA are valued. Weekend and holiday periods are common, with rewards and travel discounts as part of the NRMA benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RSA certification is required.
• Experience in cafés, bistros, pubs, or similar is preferred.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to standard recipes.
• Assist with basic menu prep and portioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work with Park and Café teams to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute ideas to improve guest dining experience.
