Job summary

Cartwright Jones is seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to take over an established HNW client book in Sydney. You will provide strategic wealth advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, covering trusts, SMSFs and direct equities.

The role offers an equity pathway toward ownership, strong onshore support, and a Sydney CBD office with excellent transport links. A base salary of $160K–$180K plus bonus is on offer for an exceptional candidate.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Financial Adviser or Financial Planner with HNW or private wealth clients.
• Strong knowledge of trusts, SMSFs and direct equities.
• Listed on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR) with qualifications meeting the ASIC education standard.
• Proven ability to build trust, retain clients and convert referrals.
• Confidence working alongside accountants, lawyers and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners.
• Family and discretionary trust structures across multiple entities.
• SMSF strategy including contributions, accumulation and retirement planning.
• Construction and ongoing management of direct equity portfolios.
• Retirement, succession and estate planning; wealth protection and risk insurance.
• Deepen relationships with an established client base and run annual reviews.
• Collaborate with accountants and lawyers to support clients and firm growth.
