Boston Stanley is partnering with one of Perth's leading private wealth firms to appoint a Private Wealth Adviser. The firm advises high-net-worth families, business owners, executives and retirees, with an average annual client fee of approximately $20,000. The model is deliberately built around fewer, deeper client relationships and comprehensive advice rather than high-volume portfolio management. Importantly, the business is growing. Revenue has increased by more than 15% per annum for each of the past three years, creating genuine opportunities for Advisers to build their own client portfolios from new client inflow.
A genuine pathway to ownership Equity isn't simply discussed as a future possibility. Approximately 60% of the firm's Advisers currently hold shares in the business, making ownership an established part of the firm's career model.
Inbound Lead Flow New clients are actively entering the business. Leverage existing relationships and enjoy the benefit of a strong brand presence in the market.
Maximise Client-Facing Time Capable paraplanning and implementation teams, supported by best practice technology solutions, remove much of the non-client-facing administrative burden from Advisers. The model is designed to allow you to focus your time where it adds the most value with clients.
Investment in your development Professional development is actively supported and funded. In addition to an annual professional development allowance, the firm provides financial support for relevant additional education and qualifications.
Flexibility without compromising your career The firm supports flexible working hours and work-from-home arrangements, providing genuine flexibility within a high-performing professional environment. A business where Advisers stay Adviser turnover has been zero over the past three years. The firm has also recently received a workplace award based substantially on anonymous employee feedback.

Seperate to the above, the firm is also interested in hearing from newly qualified Advisers and those approaching completion of their Professional Year. For someone earlier in their Adviser career, the combination of structured mentoring, two-Adviser client meetings, a high-calibre advice team and dedicated paraplanning and implementation support provides an excellent environment to develop into a highly capable Private Wealth Adviser.
