Job summary

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking an HR Services Officer (Onboarding) to manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees. You will review contracts, complete recruitment processing in myPATH, and ensure accuracy of employee records.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, onboarding or recruitment administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation for discrepancies.
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication with cross-team stakeholders.
• Confidence using computer systems and the ability to learn new HR platforms.
• Proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach to HR Services and Payroll support.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve employment contracts and onboarding documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Process recruitment activities in myPATH to advance candidates through onboarding.
• Review and action candidate compliance outcomes in Zipline.
• Perform final onboarding checks to confirm employee details and documentation are complete.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on missing information and onboarding requirements.
• Collaborate with the TAS team to ensure onboarding tasks progress efficiently within timeframes.
• Handle a high volume of onboarding tasks while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Support HR Services and Payroll activities as required.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance onboarding experiences.
