Job summary

Hotel Lismore invites applications from skilled cooks to join our busy Lismore CBD venue. This full-time role offers $79,500 per annum salary, with sponsorship on offer for the right candidate. You will join a passionate team in a vibrant venue within Northern Rivers region.

Experience in high-volume pubs/restaurants, HACCP knowledge, and ability to work across a rotating roster is required. You will contribute to a positive, proactive kitchen environment and deliver exceptional dining

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in a high-volume pub or restaurant.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• HACCP food safety knowledge.
• Flexible to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings.
