The Spirited Goat is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our busy kitchen at Otto’s Market Precinct in Townsville. This hands-on role suits a confident chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume breakfast environment and delivers quality food while upholding food safety standards.

The position is full-time, approx 38 hours, with a variable roster including weekends and public holidays; immediate start available. Join a supportive kitchen team and contribute to our morning service.

Qualificações

• Experience in busy breakfast/brunch environments.
• Strong breakfast cooking and preparation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume service and maintain quality.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch items to a high standard.
• Manage breakfast service during busy periods.
• Complete mise en place and prep before service.
• Maintain food safety, kitchen cleanliness and stock control.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
