Powertech is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager for High Voltage Services in Brisbane. You will engage with engineering, asset and operations stakeholders to develop and convert services-led opportunities and cross-sell Powertech capabilities.

This role requires credibility in high voltage environments, a strong pipeline mindset and the ability to translate technical capability into commercially successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or technical sales roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with a value-based selling approach.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to operate credibly in technical electrical environments, particularly high voltage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close high-value technical services opportunities.
• Build, manage and convert a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop tailored technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Cross-sell Powertech services across existing and new client portfolios.
• Engage senior stakeholders including executives, engineers, asset owners, and plant managers.
• Lead negotiations and deliver commercially sound outcomes.
