Geronimo Academy is hiring an Appointment Setter (High Ticket Sales) across Australia with remote and hybrid options. The role focuses on creating opportunities, qualifying business owners, building relationships and booking discovery calls for the closing team.

You will engage via inbound inquiries and outbound outreach and may represent Geronimo at workshops and events. The position emphasizes energy, resilience and coaching, with a pathway into a High Ticket Closer role and a base salary plus

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in sales or business development.
• Ability to build relationships and qualify business owners.
• Willingness to be coached and improve continuously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries across phone, email, chat and DMs.
• Qualify prospects and build relationships.
• Book high-quality discovery calls for the closing team.
• Re-engage dormant opportunities and referrals.
• Attend workshops, masterminds and live events.
• Keep CRM and pipeline up to date.
• Participate in coaching and call reviews.
