Job summary

Phoenix Education, one of the largest coaching centres in Sydney, is seeking an enthusiastic Maths teacher to join our in-person team. You will teach regular weekly Maths classes and monitor student progress.

The ideal candidate has a passion for Maths, is currently pursuing or has completed a degree in Education or Mathematics, and has prior experience teaching secondary Maths. You should be coachable and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently undertaking a degree in Education, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Previous experience teaching secondary Maths.
• Coachable and open to learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Teaching regular weekly Maths classes throughout the term.
• Monitoring student's progress through marking of short weekly quizzes.
• Any ad hoc teaching-related duties as required by the manager.
