Job summary

Briteway Australia provides commercial cleaning and specialist high-access services across major client sites in Melbourne. You’ll join a safe, hands-on team and receive paid training to develop high-access skills. This is a genuine permanent full-time position with security and benefits of permanent employment.

No prior high-rise window cleaning experience is required—we provide the training you need to work safely and confidently at height, with opportunities to progress as your skills grow.

Qualifications

• Experience isn't essential, but the right attitude is.
• Comfortable working at heights and with physical, hands-on tasks.
• Takes safety seriously and follows procedures.
• Willing to learn and take feedback.
• Able to travel to client sites across Melbourne, including early starts.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and high-rise window cleaning across client sites.
• Working from Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) and Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs).
• Operating specialist equipment and cleaning techniques.
• Completing required safety procedures and equipment checks.
• Learn and develop specialist high-access skills over time.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside our experienced high-access team across commercial buildings and client sites, you'll learn specialist window cleaning and high-access techniques.

Your work will include:

• Commercial and high-rise window cleaning
• Working from Building Maintenance Units (BMUs)
• Operating Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs)
• Working safely at heights
• Using specialist equipment and cleaning techniques
• Completing required safety procedures and equipment checks

As your training and experience develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on more technical high-access work.

Training and development

We'll provide the required training for your role, and you'll be paid while completing it.

You'll work alongside experienced team members while developing practical high-access skills and completing the relevant training, licenses and site requirements.

Your earning potential can grow as your skills, qualifications and experience develop.
