Job summary

Briteway Australia is seeking a reliable and safety-minded person to join our high-access team in Sydney. This is a permanent full-time role with the stability and benefits of ongoing employment, including paid training as you learn specialist high-access skills.

Experience isn’t required; we provide training to work safely at height, operate BMUs and EWPs, and perform high-access cleaning on commercial buildings/client sites. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

• No previous high-rise window cleaning experience required; training provided.
• Must have reliable work ethic and safety-conscious attitude.
• Willingness to learn specialist high-access skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and high-rise window cleaning
• Working from Building Maintenance Units (BMUs)
• Operating Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs)
• Working safely at heights
• Using specialist equipment and cleaning techniques
• Completing required safety procedures and equipment checks
