Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a reliable Food Process Worker / High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy Brisbane food manufacturing team. You will operate a High Reach Forklift and assist with general production and warehouse duties to ensure products are processed, stored and dispatched efficiently.

The role runs Monday to Friday with a 5:00am to 1:00pm shift, offering immediate start, ongoing work, and potential permanent employment for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• LF forklift licence is required.
• Experience operating a High Reach Forklift is essential.
• Food manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a High Reach Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload and move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and packaging.
• Pick and stage finished products for dispatch.
• Assist with food processing and general production duties as required.
• Complete quality checks and follow food safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies.

Are you an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with early finishes? We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Food Process Worker / High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy food manufacturing team. • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
