Honest to Goodness is hiring a Forklift Operator/Stock Picker for our Sydney warehouse. You will operate high reach forklifts, pick stock for production, receive goods, and help keep accurate inventory. This role suits someone with a steady work ethic who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Hours are 6.30am–2.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an opportunity to progress into a permanent full-time position. Pay rate is $36.81 per hour and on-site work with potential career advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience operating high reach forklifts.
• Double Deep racking experience is advantageous.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Experience in food production or high-volume warehousing is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high reach forklifts in a production/warehouse setting.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse and production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for stock picking, receiving goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Hours are 6.30am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday. Opportunity for progression to a full-time position. Pay rate is $36.81 p/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate High Reach Forklifts
• Operate within Double Deep racking environments
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• RF Scanning
• Putaway, replenishment and stock movements
• Accurately pick and stage stock for production
• Work across ambient, and coolroom areas
• Carry out lifting, packing, wrapping, strapping, palletising and crating as required
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience operating High Reach Forklifts
• Experience working with Double Deep racking highly regarded
• RF scanning experience
• Previous experience within food production or high-volume warehousing advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Container and Biosecurity experience highly regarded
