Fuse Recruitment is seeking a High Reach Forklift/Picker to safely manage stock flow in a hands-on role that combines high reach forklift operation with active picking and light labour. This position exists to keep product moving for our fencing and landscaping supply operations in Heathwood, with a clear casual-to-full-time pathway.

The role offers a day shift Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with overtime when available, and a practical, straightforward operation where reliability matters.

Qualifikationen

• Forklift ticket and ideally at least 2 years high reach experience.
• Comfortable with repetitive work and being on your feet for physically active tasks.
• Happy to jump on and off the forklift as part of a 50/50 split between forklift and labouring.
• Reliable attendance for Monday to Friday day shift (with overtime when available).
• Able to meet basic PPE requirements: steel cap boots, long pants, and hi-vis.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment where speed and accuracy both matter.

Aufgaben

• Operate a high reach forklift to move stock safely around the warehouse.
• Carry out picking and order replenishment to support dispatch priorities.
• Complete the labouring component of the role, including repetitive physical tasks as required.
• Assist with maintaining neat, organised staging areas for efficient workflows.

• Payrate of $41p/h
• Day shift only: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, (7.30am-4pm on Wednesday's with overtime when available)
