MTC Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver for a busy warehouse in Eastern Creek, NSW. Roles include operating High Reach forklifts, RF scanning orders, and ensuring accurate dispatches.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm with an immediate start and a competitive hourly rate. Located in Eastern Creek, this ongoing role offers consistent weekday hours, weekly pay, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (essential).
• Proven experience operating a High Reach Forklift.
• Previous experience using RF scanners.
• Computer literacy with the ability to navigate warehouse systems and verify orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
• Loading and unloading stock
• Putaways, replenishments, and stock movement within the warehouse
• Checking customer orders and dispatch information using warehouse management systems
• Verifying order accuracy prior to dispatch
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control processes
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
