Job summary

MTC Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator / Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team in Eastern Creek, NSW. You will operate High Reach forklifts, pick customer orders with RF scanners, and verify accuracy before dispatch.

This full-time role runs 6:00am–2:06pm, Monday to Friday, with immediate start and weekly pay. The ideal candidate holds a current LF Forklift Licence, has proven High Reach experience, and performs to KPI targets while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (essential).
• Proven High Reach forklift operating experience.
• Experience using RF scanning equipment.
• Strong focus on picking accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners.
• Checking and verifying orders to ensure 100% accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse.
• Performing stock replenishment and put-away duties.
• Using warehouse management systems to review and confirm orders.
• Conducting quality checks and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
• Following all WHS procedures.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

High Reach Forklift Operator / Pick Packer

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented High Reach Forklift Driver / Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team located in Eastern Creek. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and understands the importance of picking accuracy and order quality.

$36.00 per hour | Paid Weekly

6:00am - 2:06pm | Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
• Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanners
• Checking and verifying orders to ensure 100% accuracy prior to dispatch
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Performing stock replenishment and put-away duties
• Using warehouse management systems to review and confirm orders
• Conducting quality checks and resolving any discrepancies
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock integrity
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
