Job summary

Action Workforce Pty is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Prestons, NSW. Immediate starts available with ongoing opportunities for reliable performers in a professional, safety‑driven environment.

You will operate high‑reach forklifts, load and unload trucks, move pallets, stock put‑away, and maintain accurate inventory in a fast‑paced setting while keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Qualifications

• A current LF forklift licence is required.
• Demonstrated high-reach forklift experience.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to safely handle pallets and stock.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move pallets and stock around the warehouse.
• High-reach pallet racking and put-away.
• Picking and replenishment of stock.
• Checking stock and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
