Job summary

HOBAN is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join Caterpillar at their Yatala facility, Queensland. This role offers ongoing work in a supportive warehouse environment with a stable day shift.

You will operate high reach forklifts, pick and pack, load and unload deliveries, and help maintain safety and organisation. A current LF forklift licence with high reach experience is required, along with reliable transport.

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts to move, store and retrieve stock.
• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Load and unload deliveries as required.
• Assist with general warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Support team with additional duties as needed.

HOBAN is proud to partner with Caterpillar, one of the world's leading manufacturers of construction and mining equipment. We are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join the team at their Yatala facility, with immediate starts available.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-respected global brand in a supportive warehouse environment.
Shift: 6:15am - 2:21pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $37.71ph

Key Responsibilities

• Operating high reach forklifts to safely move, store and retrieve stock
• Picking and packing orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Loading and unloading deliveries as required
• Assisting with general warehouse and inventory tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Supporting the team with additional warehouse duties when needed

What We're Looking For

• Current Australian LF Forklift Licence with high reach experience
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is highly regarded
• A positive attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and a police check
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport, as public transport access is limited
