Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in Derrimut, VIC. This full-time role focuses on safely operating high reach forklifts to move, stack and retrieve goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will perform pre-operation checks, comply with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets. A valid High Reach Forklift Licence and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid High Reach Forklift Licence (or equivalent certification recognised in Victoria).
• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in standing, walking and driving positions for extended periods.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, lift, and stack goods in warehouse environments.
• Perform pre-operation checks on forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety and report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Retrieve and deliver goods to designated locations within the warehouse, following picking and storage protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and ensure correct labelling and documentation of goods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safe working practices.
• Assist in organising warehouse layouts and storage systems to maximise space efficiency and accessibility.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
• Respond promptly to requests from management and adapt to changing warehouse priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating high reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve goods in our warehouse environment, ensuring efficient and safe handling of inventory. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth flow of goods through our distribution centre, directly contributing to our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
