Job summary

Cornerstone HR is seeking an experienced Warehouse All-Rounder with strong High Reach forklift skills to join a busy operation in Laverton. The role is hands-on, with forklift work forming a smaller part of duties, and primarily focuses on general warehouse tasks and safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience is preferred. Own transport beneficial.

• Placing cartons onto conveyor systems, manual handling along conveyor
• Handling cages and general stock movement
• Picking and packing duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Work safely at all times.

This is a hands-on role where the majority of your day will be spent completing warehouse duties and manual handling tasks, with forklift operation forming a smaller part of the position. If you're reliable, physically fit, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

High Reach forklift operation

Loading and unloading stock

Manual handling and lifting of boxes

Moving stock using trolleys and pallet jacks

Stacking, wrapping, and relocating pallets

Placing cartons onto conveyor systems, manual handling along conveyor

Handling cages and general stock movement

Picking and packing duties as required

Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

Work safely at all times.

About You

Strong High Reach forklift experience (essential)

Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience

Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Own reliable transport
