Job summary

Cornerstone HR in Melbourne is seeking an experienced High Reach forklift driver for our Western Suburbs team. This is a hands-on role with the majority of duties in warehousing and manual handling; forklift operation is a smaller part of the job.

If you are reliable, physically fit and enjoy a fast-paced team environment, we want to hear from you. You will operate High Reach forklifts, assist with loading/unloading, and support stock movements.

Qualifications

• High Reach forklift experience is essential.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused with strong teamwork.
• Must have gone 7 rackings high on the high reach forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach forklifts and assist with loading/unloading.
• Handle manual handling and lifting of boxes.
• Move stock using trolleys and pallet jacks.
• Stack, wrap and relocate pallets.
• Place cartons onto conveyors and manage stock movement.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Work safely at all times.
• Perform picking and packing as required.

Key Responsibilities

• High Reach forklift operation
• Loading and unloading stock
• Manual handling and lifting of boxes
• Moving stock using trolleys and pallet jacks
• Stacking, wrapping, and relocating pallets
• Placing cartons onto conveyor systems, manual handling along conveyor
• Handling cages and general stock movement
• Picking and packing duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Work safely at all times.

About You

• Strong High Reach forklift experience (essential)
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Must have gone 7 rackings high on the high reach forklift
• Own reliable transport
