Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work with the potential to move into permanent roles. Earn $35.11 per hour with weekly pay, 11.5% super, and a $22 daily travel allowance across various construction and industrial sites in Victoria.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of labouring experience, a Construction White Card, a valid driver licence, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
