Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across residential and commercial sites in Victoria. Immediate start with regular shifts and weekly pay, with pathways to permanent employment for top performers.

You will perform site prep, material handling, general labouring, and assist trades as required. Minimum 12 months' experience, Construction White Card, and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assembling products and assisting tradespeople.
