Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for immediate start across multiple sites. Typical tasks include site prep, material handling and assisting tradespeople on diverse projects. You must have 12 months of labouring experience and a Construction White Card.

Drivers licence and reliable transport are highly preferred. We offer regular weekly pay, 11.5% super, and ongoing casual assignments with pathways to permanent work.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist on site with general labouring duties as required.
• Support qualified tradespeople on a range of tasks.
• Site preparation, clean-up and material handling.
• Operate basic labouring tasks safely and efficiently.
