Night shifts run from 5:45 pm to 6:30 am, with a contractor rate of 40–50 AUD per hour. Prior experience with PEG feeding, suctioning, respiratory support or seizure management is highly regarded, and ongoing training is provided.

The participant has complex physical support needs and requires attentive 1:1 assistance throughout the night.
We understand that an experienced support worker may have strong competency in some high-intensity supports without having worked with every piece of equipment or procedure listed above.
We particularly want to hear from applicants who already have experience in one or more complex or high-intensity support areas and are willing to undertake participant-specific training and competency assessment where required.
Previous experience with PEG feeding, suctioning, respiratory support or seizure management will be particularly highly regarded.
Experience as a Disability Support Worker, AIN, nursing student, healthcare worker or complex-care worker may be relevant to this position.
