You'll spend significant time on the shop floor coaching staff, recruit and train a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding PUMA’s brand standards and visual identity.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in a customer‑focused retail environment, ideally in apparel or footwear.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
• Experience in flagship or high-traffic locations.
• Talent for identifying, developing, and retaining top‑performing team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex store operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and essential retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, operations, and team performance with the Store Roster and Area Manager.
• Spend 85% of time on the sales floor coaching staff and engaging customers.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team that reflects PUMA’s values.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with PUMA’s standards.
• Manage inventory, loss prevention, and compliance for smooth operations.
• Support marketing initiatives and uphold PUMA’s visual identity.
• Foster a culture of growth and prepare the team for future opportunities.
