Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail (apparel/footwear a plus).
• Strong motivational skills to coach and lift others to perform at their best.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor by engaging customers, coaching the team, and driving sales.
• Help the store exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through strategy and teamwork.
