Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in a customer‑focused retail environment, ideally in apparel or footwear.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
• Experience in flagship or high-traffic locations.
• Talent for identifying, developing, and retaining top‑performing team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex store operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and essential retail tools.
