Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and uphold service standards.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership and crew team.
• Recruit, onboard and develop future shift leaders and managers.
• Drive guest experience, sales, labour and cost KPIs.
• Manage rostering, performance management and people processes.
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and health and safety policies.
• Lead busy service periods and set the on-floor leadership example.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
