Job summary

Zoom Recruitment is seeking multiple High Reach forklift operators for a fast-paced distribution centre in Horsley Park. This role suits experienced operators who enjoy a high-volume warehouse and want consistent weekday shifts.

You’ll work with Crown High Reach forklifts (double deep up to 11.5m), joystick control, and perform put-aways, replenishment and inventory movement while meeting KPIs. A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Crown High Reach forklifts (double deep).
• Ability to work at pace in a high-volume warehouse.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS (v17 preferred).
• Ability to work full-time hours with no Australian work-right restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Crown High Reach forklifts (double deep up to 11.5m).
• Perform put-aways, replenishment and inventory movement.
• Maintain workflow efficiency to support daily distribution operations.

We are currently seeking multiple High Reach forklift operators for a fast-paced distribution centre located in Horsley Park. This role is ideal for experienced operators who enjoy working in a high-volume warehouse and want consistent weekday shifts.

About the role

• Morning (AM) – 6:00am to 2:00pm
• Afternoon (PM) – 2:00pm to 10:0pm
• Roster: Monday to Friday
• Pay rate AM: $41.80 – PM: $46.99

High Reach Forklift Operators

• Crown high reach forklifts (double deep up to 11.5m)
• Joystick control operation
• Put-aways, replenishment, and inventory movement
• MUST have worked with KPIs

You’ll be working with MHE in a busy fast paced warehouse environment, supporting daily distribution operations and maintaining workflow efficiency.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience using:Crown High Reach forklifts (double deep) – mandatory
• Ability to work to pace in an high-volume warehouse
• Strong reliability, communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing
• Experience with Manhattan WMS (v17 preferred) – highly regarded
• Ability to work fulltime hours weekly on an ongoing basis, therefore NO restrictions to working rights in Australia
