Job summary

National Trust Victoria in East Melbourne is seeking an Education & Public Programs Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning experiences, tours and public offerings across on-site and digital platforms.

You will develop a strategic vision for education programs, lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and build partnerships with schools, educators and community organisations to inspire engagement with Victoria's heritage.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end program development and delivery experience.
• Experience building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of teaching practices and curriculum-aligned pedagogy.
• Strong leadership with ability to empower teams.
• Experience with budgets, financial management and risk reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
