Job summary

Karabiner, a leading façade access and height safety company based in Sydney, seeks competent installers to join our team. You will set out and install working at height systems on commercial buildings, interpret plans, and work closely with Project Managers to resolve on-site issues.

Qualifications

• Trade or trade-like skills and experience in building/construction.
• Willingness to learn industry standards and manufacturer training in height safety systems.
• Physically fit and capable for working on sites and at height.
• Teamwork, good communication and organisation skills.
• Must have a full driver's licence, white card.
• Experience installing or using height safety and access equipment is highly regarded.
• Team leadership opportunity.

We seek competent individuals to join our team as an installers of façade access and working at height safety systems.

The Position

The set out, installation of working at height systems such as rail systems, lifelines, anchor points, walkways, ladders and other custom designed systems on commercial buildings in Sydney and environs.

Skilled use in power tools, drilling, cutting.

Interpret building plans for set out of systems

Maintain a high standard of quality of work

Work with Project Managers and Client on site issues and project progress.

Learn and apply Australian and manufacturer standards for working at height systems.

Apply work health and safety standards

About You

This role requires a skilled individual, who can adapt to site conditions, takes pride in work and enjoys working within small teams.

Key skills and experience required for this role include:
