Job summary

FAMASO is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage and participate in external facade and window cleaning, rope access, and high-level interior cleaning at a premium venue in Sydney CBD.

You will lead pre-starts, toolbox briefings and allocate tasks while upholding safety, quality and productivity. Experience with BMU and EWP work, appropriate tickets, and a valid White Card are essential. A long-term, full-time roster with competitive rates is offered.

Qualifications

• IRATA offshore/height-safety tickets with hours logged.
• BMU/EWP experience or willingness to be trained and ticketed.
• EWP high-risk work license and/or EWPA Yellow Card.
• Working at Heights and Construction Induction (White Card).
• Facade or window cleaning experience preferred.
• Physically fit, reliable and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver external facade and window cleaning from BMU, on ropes and from EWP, and internal high-level cleaning across the venue.
• Run the daily safety cycle: pre-starts, SWMS compliance, exclusion zones and rescue plans for work at height.
• Maintain gear: daily checks of BMU, rope access kit and EWP with up-to-date inspections.
• Capture evidence: photos, notes, and sign-off via job management system.
• Present professionally in a premium, high-traffic environment.
• Site Supervisor: lead pre-starts, toolbox briefings, allocate crew to the program, ensure quality and productivity.
• Site Supervisor: act as first point of contact for client on site and report clearly to management.

Job description

Deliver external facade and window cleaning from BMU, on ropes and from EWP, and internal high-level cleaning throughout the venue, to the standard a premium client expects. This is steady, programmed work in Sydney CBD, with a full-time roster, quality equipment and a safety-first operation. The Site Supervisor additionally runs the day on site: pre-starts and toolbox briefings, holding quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver external facade and window cleaning from BMU, on ropes and from EWP, and internal high-level cleaning throughout the venue
• Run the daily safety cycle: pre-starts, SWMS compliance, exclusion zones and rescue plans in place for all work at height
• Look after the gear: daily checks and care of BMU, rope access kit, EWP and equipment, with inspection and certification currency maintained
• Capture the evidence: photos, job notes and sign-off at completion, submitted cleanly through job management system
• Present professionally in a live, high-traffic premium environment
• For Site Supervisor: run pre-starts and toolbox briefings, allocate the crew to the program, hold quality and productivity
• For Site Supervisor: act as first point of contact for the client representative on site and report up cleanly

About you

• IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 with logged hours
• BMU operating experience, or the willingness to be trained and ticketed
• EWP qualification: WP high-risk work licence and/or EWPA Yellow Card
• Working at Heights and Construction Induction (White Card)
• Facade or window cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Physically fit, reliable, safety-focused and presentable
• Ability to pass a police check and the site's security and probity requirements
• Current Australian driver's licence and valid Australian work rights
• For Site Supervisor: experience running the day on site with pre-starts, briefings, allocating work, and holding the crew to scope, schedule and standard
