SUPERSERVICE™ is looking for a highly motivated Service Allocator to join our Heavy Vehicle Service and Repair TEAM in Underwood, QLD. This permanent full-time role involves scheduling servicing and repair bookings, engaging with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical experience in a Customer Service role.
• Strong knowledge of truck and heavy equipment parts, systems, and applications.
• Exceptional customer service communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule servicing and repair bookings and communicate with workshop mechanics.
• Direct point of contact for clients equipment drop off and collection.
• Assist in creating quotations and service reports.

Skills

Mechanical experience in a Customer Service role

Knowledge of truck and heavy equipment parts

Exceptional customer service communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
