Job summary

Wanless Waste Management is seeking a reliable Truck Driver for roles based at Kemps Creek or Seven Hills, NSW. The position involves collecting, transporting and unloading scrap metal and recycling materials while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

You will drive heavy vehicles, complete required paperwork, and deliver strong customer service. The role supports yard duties and offers pathway for career progression in a growing, Australian-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Australian HR Truck Licence and have 2+ years of truck driving experience.
• Experience in waste, recycling or scrap metal industries is desirable.
• Ability to complete transport paperwork accurately and pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• Safety-first approach and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive company heavy vehicles safely and professionally.
• Collect and transport scrap metal bins and recycling materials.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Complete transport paperwork and pre-start checks.
• Follow Chain of Responsibility, load restraint and fatigue management requirements.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at collection and delivery points.
• Support general yard duties when required.
